I sign up to a lot of newsletters. Probably too many. Certainly too many to read every week. However, over time, you realise that when some of them arrive in your inbox you are excited and want to read it immediately. Here are ten that do that for me.

I read every issue of these.

Some of these have paid versions, I subscribe to the free version but would have no hesitation in recommending them if you wanted to become a paying subscriber.

Exponential View

Probably the most valuable newsletter for me. Azeem Azhar’s guide is full of interesting and useful content about the future of tech and the planet.

Benedict’s Newsletter

Want to keep up with the latest thinking on technology and business, Benedict’s newsletter is a great place to start.

Chicken Shed Chronicles

I love the Do Lectures and their newsletter is always packed with links that I can’t help but click.

Make Work Better

I might be a bit in love with Bruce Daisley. His podcast Eat, Sleep, Work, Repeat is brilliant and his newsletter is a must-read. He focuses on the future of work and workplace culture. Subscribe to both and you won’t be disappointed.

Courier Weekly

Courier Magazine is my place to keep up to date with start-up news particularly in the food and drink world. Their weekly newsletter is packed with content.

Brain Food

Farnam Street’s Brain Food newsletter arrives every Sunday with ideas and thoughts to prepare for the week ahead.

Recomendo

Who doesn’t want product tips from Kevin Kelly? A great place to find cool tools.

Today in Tech by AngelList

Slightly different in format, sign up to AngelList and they will send you a daily digest of articles from subjects you are interested in. Sometimes the quantity of interesting content can be overwhelming but that’s a sign that they are hitting the spot every single day.

5-Bullet Friday

Sometimes, I fall out of love with Tim but then he drags me back in and inspires me anew. 5-Bullet Friday is an easy read and I generally love the quotes he picks. For example, here is this week’s from RuPaul:

“You know, the matrix says, ‘Pick an identity and stick with it. Because I want to sell you some beer and shampoo and I need you to stick with what you are so I’ll know how to market it to you.’ Drag is the opposite. Drag says, ‘Identity is a joke.”

b3ta

And sometimes, I just want a geeky ridiculous, inappropriate NSFW laugh and b3ta will provide it. Click at your own risk 😜
